- Please note cancellations have to be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Please do send us an email to info@veilromateas.com specifying the order number within 24 hours of placing the order.
- But it will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched from our center.
CANCELLATION FEE
- For cancelling your order a cancellation fee of 10 percent of the invoice value will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded.
- Company s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
- In the event your order is cancelled or refused , you shall receive an email stating the same.
- Money will be refunded within 15 working days and will be credited to your account.
