REPLACEMENT

The request must be initiated within  1 day from the date of delivery.

Kindly attach a picture of the product delivered along with the invoice. We shall review within 2 days and send you  are replacement after necessary internal checking.

Intimation will be provided by mail as per the mail id given by you.

It will  be accepted only in the cases mentioned below:

  • Product seal not to be opened.
  • If incorrect items are received by you.
  • Items are missing from your order.
  • Expired product received

Unfortunately a product like tea we are unable to provide a return policy.
