Hot Tea Instructions
Bring filtered water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp of loose tea for each 150ml of water in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes according to taste. The longer steeping time the stronger the tea.
Ice Tea Instructions
Place 2 heaping teaspoons of the fruit blend tea into a teapot. Use filtered water , boil and pour 200ml per serving over the fruit blend. Cover and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Stain and add the hot tea to an acrylic glass filled with ice. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
THUMB RULE : Always increase the strength of the hot tea by steeping for 10 minutes, since it will be poured over ice and diluted.
