Very often friends I hear from my friends that regularly they have the chamomile tea but they are still not feeling ok .So what s wrong with it . Is it misleading advertisements, or just lack of awareness how to select a tea .So I thought to penn down few facts for better judgement .

- There are different grades of chamomile flowers
- The flowers usually do not fit into std small tea bags , sobetter to buy loose leaf
- You can see the difference between a tea bag with chamomile flower fannings, and full chamomile flowers .
- If you open the bag you may not even find a single flower , only dust and fannings
- The high quality chamomile is flowery and golden
- The key to getting desired results from your tea is to buy real chamomile

Keep your tea in an airtight glass ajr away from the direct sunlight to preserve the tea.
