BREWING
Brew at the right temperature.
Water is the mother of tea, so always use fresh pure filtered water. As a thumb rule brew between 80-85 degree C. As the water comes to boiling point switch off your gas stove and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Then pour the water over the tea leaves. Use only 2 grams of loose leaf teas for every 8 ounce of water. Steep for2/ 3 minutes.NO MILK PLEASE
